If you are unhappy with the goods received, you have 7 days after receipt to cancel your order. We require notification of cancellation by letter, fax, email or phone before returning the goods.
We will honour our 7 days money back guarantee providing the goods are returned in their original unworn condition with all packaging and documentation enclosed. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure safe delivery of cancelled orders back to Riverstones Fine Jewellery. Returns will be done at the customer’s own expense.
Refunds are issued on receipt of goods in the original condition and cover the total of goods purchased but we regret does not include the original delivery charge. We are only able to credit the account from which the original purchase is made. A full refund including original postage costs will be given.
Please Note: We are unable to receive any returned earrings due to health and safety reasons. In this case, the order must be cancelled before goods have been shipped.
